Why comprehensive technical background is important in metal stamping

Most of the cases we got the drawings from our customers and just design the tool and die for metal stamping production. However, it comes to the cases that the drawings are vague and incomplete, only for reference. There are certain functions that our customer wants it to have, but not sure if can be realized, let alone how to reveal on the design.

In this case, we have to become problem-solvers and find out the way. We have experiences from metal stamping, welding fabrication, CNC turning and assembly. We are able to do tests with limited costs and without charging our customer. The comprehensive technical background helps us solve the problem and deliver final products.
