The Whole Production Process

Step 1

Speargun Shaft Turning

Precision machining to shape the raw material into the desired form of the speargun shaft body.

Ensures consistent length, establishes the foundation for subsequent welding tooling requirements.

Unify the slope of the tip for enhanced performance.

Step 2

Punching And Drilling

Eccentric hole in the end of the shaft with a piercing machine.

Create holes in the head of the speargun shaft to connecting the flopper.

Control the specifications of the drill bits and machining processes to ensure the fit of the pins into the holes.

These holes need to be chamfered.

Step 3

Wire Cutting

Create a recess at the end of the speargun shaft by computer-controlled electrical discharge machining.

Using the tool-carefully positioned based on the hole in the head, ensures precise and accurate cutting of the gun body.

Step 4

Flopper And Pin Stamping

Design the die according to the required specifications of thickness and holes listed in the design drawings.

Precision stamping pins and floppers using our proprietary die.

Depending on the thickness of the speargun, use our die to produce Floppers in a variety of sizes.

Step 5

Welding

Using a cold welder to weld the pins and the speargun shaft together.

Using a cold welder to weld the pins and the speargun shaft together.

Step 6

Polishing

Polishing to remove any defects, burrs or rough edges.

Obtain a smooth and visually appealing surface.

Step 7

Laser Cutting

Marking of the flat recess at the end of the speargun shaft by a non-contact process.

Ensures precise and durable marking, maintains accurate positioning to improve the overall appearance of the speargun shaft.

Step 8

Heat Tteatment

Imparts a color to the speargun shaft, meeting the specific preferences of customers.

Through precision temperature control, regulated heating and cooling cycles, achieve a uniform and aesthetically pleasing coloration of the shaft.
