CNC Turning Service
Metaco has a group of auto feeding cam control turning machines and CNC turning machines with working diameter range from 1mm to 25mm.
We house 10 sets of state-of-the-art automatic turning machines, sourced from Taiwan. These machines exemplify classic cam-controlled, center-less turning and are enhanced with automatic loaders. This setup ensures continuous, attention-free material loading. As one piece completes, the next is automatically introduced, streamlining the process remarkably.
Our CNC Turning Capability
Our machines handle a variety of materials – from brass and aluminum to carbon steel and stainless steel, or even plastics. They accommodate round or hexagonal rods and tubes, broadening our manufacturing versatility.
Turning is exceptionally suited for producing axial components such as pins, rivets, standoffs, shafts, nuts, and inserts. With these machines, we achieve less than 50 microns tolerance for final parts, handling diameters up to 20mm. This precision and capacity meet most requirements for parts used in conjunction with metal stamping.
