Production Process

Step 1

Quality Inspection

Step To Step Quality Inspection Is The Way We Ensure Final Product Quality

In order to improve product quality, ensure the quality of products at the time of delivery, and clarify the responsibilities and standards of each process, the following inspection standards and processing notes are established. We handle with care and according to standards of each process to ensure quality from cut of tubing to welding and powder coating and packaging.


Geometric Dimension And Surface Quality Inspection Of tubes After Purchase:

Inspection of outer diameter and wall thickness of tubes (vernier caliper check).

Internal and external surface inspection of tubes (visual inspection).

Post-Cutting Inspection:

Strictly in accordance with the requirements of the drawing design size (available tape measure check) for the angular requirements, the workpiece should be measured in real time.

Burr clean up, the cut of the pipe grinding smooth.

Check The Parts Before Welding:

Confirm that the size and shape are correct and then weld and deliver the first part for inspection.

Post-Welding Inspection:

Weld slag and spatter clean, no slag drop in the tube, shaking no sound.

Uniform shape of the weld, smooth transition between the weld channel and the base metal, there shall be no surface porosity, slag.

Powder Coating:

Paint film thickness, Glossiness, Adhesion, Hardness, Appearance.
